FAQ & Help

How do I store my cupcakes/brownies and how long will they last?

Our products are best kept in a cool dry place, preferably in the specialist cupcake box you receive them in, or a cake tin.

We recommend that our cupcakes and biscuits are eaten within 3 days, and Brownies will last up to a week.

What packaging do you use?

Our cupcakes are packaged in special cupcake boxes with inserts to ensure your cakes do not move around and get damaged whilst in transit.

Our brownies are wrapped in a special foil lined with baking parchment to make sure they arrive to you in the freshest way possible. They are then sealed with a ribbon and put inside a small box for transit.

Biscuits are wrapped in protective cellophane, sealed with a ribbon and put in a small box for transit.

How far ahead do I need to order for an event?

Please give us at least 2 weeks notice if you need a cake for a special event. This allows us to plan your cake carefully and ensure the design is perfect for you. We offer a free consultation at our office if you need to discuss your requirements in depth. Please e-mail for more information.
